Every Crackerlingcracker has a snap, a paper party hat and a printed joke. Depending on which cracker you order, you'll also find chocolates, sweets or biscuits.

The bits sit loose inside, like a proper cracker, so they tumble out when you pull it. No extra boxes or plastic trays.

Yes. You can add up to 15 characters on the wrapping of any cracker: a name, initials or a short message. We print it as part of the design.

Type your joke straight into the box on any cracker page (up to 120 characters) and we'll print it exactly as you write it. Prefer to leave it to us? Choose Christmas Cheer, Classic Pun or Bah Humbug and we'll write one for you.

After checkout you'll see your order reference on the confirmation screen and in your confirmation email. It looks like CKL-000001. Visit our Track order page, enter that reference and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll show your order status and delivery details. The link in your confirmation email includes both details, so your order loads automatically. You can also open Track order from the site header or footer at any time.

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days of order confirmation. The times below start from dispatch and are estimates from our couriers. Once your order is on its way, you can expect:

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days (mainland UK)
• Express delivery: 1–2 working days (mainland UK)
• Next working day: order by 1 pm (mainland UK)
• Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, IoM: allow extra time

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier capacity, especially in the run-up to Christmas. We'd always recommend ordering with a little time to spare.

We recommend ordering by 15 December to give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day. Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it. Courier times and seasonal demand both play a part. Order early if you can.

Not at the moment. We deliver to mainland UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

If something has arrived damaged, isn't what you ordered, or there's anything else that's not right, just drop us an email with your order reference and we'll make it right.

Because every cracker is made specifically to your order, we start production promptly once payment is confirmed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@crackerling.co.uk. We'll do our best if production hasn't already begun. The snap is loud, and some contents (especially hard sweets) may not suit very young children. Please supervise children under 3 when pulling. The chocolates and sweets are ordinary confectionery and are not nut-free unless we say so on the item.

Yes. The Bespoke Cracker works well for gifting at work. If you need a large quantity or have a particular brief, get in touch at hello@crackerling.co.uk before placing your order and we'll see what we can do.

Two weeks before you need them is a comfortable lead, and a little earlier in the busy Christmas weeks. If you're cutting it fine, choose Express or Next Working Day at checkout.

Major credit and debit cards, through Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details never touch our servers. We don't take PayPal, BACS or cash at the moment.
